INTAJ marketing and distribution Company is a private joint stock company that is wholly owned by the Industrial Commercial & Agricultural Public Stock Company - ICA. The company was founded in 2000 with a capital of (245,563 J.D.) (345,863 US$).

The company has about 40 employees. It was founded due to the fact that the company group is completely aware of the importance of marketing to face the market challenges. Thus, the company holds the responsibility of selling the products of ICA group of companies, increasing its market share, identifying the marketing opportunities through the knowledge of the customers' needs and desires either in the local market or in various foreign markets and thus developing its products based on the said factors, in addition to determining the appropriate distribution channels.

INTAJ aims at marketing and distribution to increase the scope of its work, through the importation of certain materials known worldwide and integrating them with the existing products by taking advantage of its marketing, sales and distribution staff whose individuals are highly qualified and have long experience accumulated over so many years.
